Ginger and Walnut Balls

This healthy snack is super easy to make and loaded with healthy ingredients. Walnut is a good source of omega 3 fatty acid. Ginger has many well-known health benefits including a potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agent. It also aids digestion.




Ingredients

(make 8 balls)


50g Walnut

50g Pitted Medjool Dates

50g Gluten-free organic oats

2 Tbsp Ground/powdered ginger

1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil


Blend all the ingredients together except olive oil in a food processor for a few minutes. Add the olive oil to the mixture and keep blending until it starts to form ball. Divide into 8 balls and refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
