Service Description

An initial one-to-one nutritional therapy consultation is an in-depth information gathering step based on your health history to identify the root cause of your current health issues. Please note the Initial Consultation is a part of Root Health Plan and must be booked together with First Follow-up session.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us at least 24 hour notice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
