Service Description

For existing clients only to review your food and the supplement plan and recheck your health goal. Supplements and functional lab testing are optional and at extra cost. (Note: For a return client who had their last consultation session with us more than 15 months ago, please book a consultation plan - either Root Health or Root Health Plus)

Cancellation Policy

Please provide us at least 24 hour notice. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
